Jane Pak

Jane began an aggressive political career in 1997. Her experience spanning across local, state and federal government, she spent nearly 10 years in government and policy until she founded the NuPaxon Group. Her practice evolved from assisting entrepreneurs with navigating the uncertain waters of product development to creating strategic alliances and building federal affairs divisions for start-up companies.

While studying Political Science at Florida State University, Jane first became involved with public service as a student intern with the Office of former Florida State Representative Carlos A. Lacasa. Jane’s experience in the public sector continued to span broadly. She had intimate involvement in key legislation and appropriation as Senior Legislative Aide to former Florida State Representative James Tullis and later as Chief of Staff for former Florida State Senator Daryl L. Jones. Jane’s tenure with the Florida State Legislature propelled her to her next position, managing a $100 million federal appropriations package for Miami Dade County acting as Federal Affairs Coordinator under the leadership of former Mayor Alex Penelas.

Immediately prior to launching her own practice, Jane served President George W. Bush as a Presidential Appointee detailed to the U.S. Small Business Administration. While serving as Special Assistant to Administrator Hector V. Barreto, Jane was promoted to Director of External Affairs for the Agency. Over a period of nearly three years, Jane worked closely with many small business owners, business leaders, national trade associations creating and implementing many Strategic Alliance Memorandums that have benefited millions of small businesses and are still in effect today.

Jane joined LiveCastMedia, bringing with her NuPaxon Group’s guiding principals of building strong bridges between potential partners, encouraging talent compatibility and most importantly, fostering the entrepreneurial spirit.

With a strong background in federal procurement, policy and regulatory affairs management, strategic partnerships, campaign strategy and event production, Jane brings with her a diverse background in her capacity as LiveCastMedia’s Executive Vice President of Business Development.

In 2006, Jane was appointed by Secretary of Commerce Carlos Gutierrez, to serve on an advisory committee within the US Census Bureau. She continues her public service through her appointment. An avid golfer, junior golf instructor, Member of the Action for Healthy Kids organization, Executive Women’s Golf Association, Nevada Committee on Foreign Relations, Volunteer with the National Humane Society of Nevada and a Big Sister in Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Jane continues to be an active member of her community.

Considering herself a native of many places, including Livingston, New Jersey, Miami, Florida and San Pedro Sula, Honduras, Jane now resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.
